ORDERS 

1 - My size is not available, are you going to replace it?

Unfortunately, if your size is not available at the moment, we cannot guarantee replacements. But you can try again in a few days in case we have received more stock.

 

2 - I'm looking for an Angel Alarcon / Mikaela style, but I cannot find it in the online shop.

Maybe this article is sold out, or we don't have it available in the online shop.

We receive stock every week so you can check again in a few days.

 

3 - How can I book a pair of shoes?

Shoes that will be available soon are marked with an icon -booking- that links you with customer service. To book a pair of shoes you just need to write style, color and size, with your name, phone number and e-mail.

 

SHIPMENT 

1 - How long will it take to receive my shoes?

Spain: 24-48 hours. Service made by TIPS@, delivery time: Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).

Outside Spain, it depends on the country, usually between 3 - 6 working days. Service made by Envialia. You will receive a tracking number to be able to follow up the shipment.

 

2 - What happens if I'm not in for the delivery?

If you are not available at the delivery address, courier will try once more. If still not be able to delivery, they will call you or leave a note with instructions.

 

3 - How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to Spain is free of charge. Except for payment cash on delivery, where there are administration fees.

Shipping outside Spain cost 20-40€ (see our General Conditions): Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech republic, Romania and Sweden.

 

4 - Do you ship everywhere?

Today, we are able to make shipments to: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech republic, Romania and Sweden.

We are working to increase this list.

 

CHANGES AND REFUNDS  

1 - If I don't like the shoes, or they doesn't fit me well, ¿can I change them or ask for a refund?

Our aim is your satisfaction, so if you are not happy with the product received you can change them or ask for a refund. You just need to contact us through Customer Service.

 

2 - What is the lead time for change or refund?

Lead time is 14 days from reception date.

 

3 - How can I ask for a change or refund?

Please contact us with your order number, number and style, within 14 days of receipt of shipment. You can contact us through Customer Services.

 

4 - Is there any charge for a refund?

For orders sent to Spain, return is free of charge.
For orders sent outside Spain. Shipment costs are at your expenses. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.
