It's time for a party! The scent of makeup is already there, you can see men and women in costumes, you can hear the chirigotas (carnival songs), the good vibes are in the air, your friends are inviting you to go out, but... You don't have a Carnival costume! Worried? I hope not! Dressing up is so easy, and you can do it with any clothes you have at home. Virtually every woman has a long dress in her closet that she's worn to a wedding. It's not a dress for going out with friends because it's too formal and elegant, right? Wear it for carnival, though, just be careful not to let it rip.
In this case, we will create an outfit with Hollywood and movie stars in mind: elegant clothes, basic makeup, pearls, sunglasses... We only need a long dress and black gloves to look a little more like Holly Golightly (Audrey Hepburn) in "Breakfast at Tiffany's."
THIRD COSTUME: 60s CHIC LOOK, MAD MEN INSPIRATION
The 1960s marked a turning point in the fashion world, encompassing many different styles. Although most associate the 1960s with hippie fashion, it was actually much more varied. We let ourselves be influenced by the American series "Mad Men" and dressed up in a naive look: an innocent and feminine style predominantly in light colors or prints, a cardigan, pearls, handbags...
