Where are orders shipped from?

We ship shoes from Spain, specifically from Elche (Alicante).

Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla?

Yes, we ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. We will need your DNI or NIF for customs management.

Orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties borne by the customer.

Do you ship to the European Union?

Yes, we ship to all countries in the European Union. In most cases, shipping is free for orders over €75.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer international shipping to countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

The cost is calculated at checkout. Customs fees may apply depending on the destination. Costs are included for the United States.

What if my country is not available?

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us and we will activate it if possible.

What are the shipping costs within Spain?

Free shipping in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla also have free shipping, although customs fees may apply.

What are the shipping costs within the European Union?

In most EU countries, shipping is free for orders over €75, except for Cyprus, Slovakia, and Latvia.

What are the shipping costs to other countries?

For countries like the United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, or Norway, costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

For shipments outside the European Union, local fees or taxes may apply, which will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

In the United States, these are included.

🔁 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

Are returns free?

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: free.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and outside Spain: the customer bears the return costs.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Access your account → order → “Refund”.

You will receive instructions within 24–48 hours.

How do I request a size exchange?

Follow the same return process and indicate the exchange in the comments.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Free only in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

For other destinations, the customer bears the cost or can request a pickup (deducted from the refund).

Who is responsible for the shipment?

If managed by the customer, they are responsible until delivery to the warehouse.

If managed by the company, we assume responsibility for the shipment.

What conditions must the product meet?

It must be unused, in perfect condition, and with original packaging.

What expenses are not refunded?

- Original shipping
- Customs or taxes
- Return costs (when applicable)

When will I receive the refund?

Within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the product.

100% designed in Spain. Some models may be manufactured elsewhere according to the product sheet.

Leather, suede, split leather, raffia, and fancy textiles from certified suppliers.
