Do you ship to the Canary Islands?
Yes, we ship free to the Canary Islands. Please note that the order value cannot exceed €145, and we will need your ID or tax identification number to process your order through customs.
Do you ship to other countries in the European Union?
We're expanding our destinations. When you enter your address during checkout, you'll see if your country is already available for shipping.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.
Are returns free?
Yes, within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For other destinations, such as the Canary Islands or outside of Spain, the customer must cover the cost of return shipping.

When will I receive a refund for a return?
Once we receive and review the returned product, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 15 business days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit or debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (with a 5% surcharge and a €5 minimum).
Where are Ángel Alarcón shoes made?
All our shoes are 100% made in Spain, in Elche (Alicante), following responsible and high-quality processes.
What materials do you use?
We use leather, suede, split leather, raffia, and fancy textiles, carefully selected from certified local suppliers.
