Refund policy

Attention: We’ve extended our return period.
All purchases made between December 2nd and December 31st can be returned until January 20th. Enjoy your holiday shopping with extra peace of mind!

 

Return or Exchange Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item to request a return or exchange through the website or customer service.

 

Return or Exchange Costs
For orders shipped to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, returns are free of charge and covered by our company.
For orders shipped to the Canary Islands and other countries, return costs are borne by the customer, who must send the shoes back to us so that we can process the refund.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange?

To manage the return of your order, you can do it directly through our online store:

• Log in to our store using your email address.
• Go to your account and locate the order you wish to return.
• Click on the "Refund" button to start the process.
• Within 24–48 business hours, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions.

How to Return or Exchange from the Canary Islands or Other Countries?
In addition to the previous steps, you must send the package to the following address:

Refund
The item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and with all tags and components included. If these conditions are not met, the refund will not be processed and the item will be returned to the customer, who will bear the shipping costs.

Once the goods have been received and their condition verified, we will proceed with the exchange or refund according to the payment method used, within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the package at our offices.

For returns from abroad, transport costs will not be refunded.
