Refund policy

1. Deadline to request a return or exchange

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return or exchange through our online store.


2. How to request a return or exchange

  1. Log in with your email.
  2. Access your account and locate the order.
  3. Click on “Refund” to start the process.
  4. If you would like an exchange, indicate it in the comments section (subject to availability).

Within approximately 24–48 business hours, you will receive an email with further instructions.

If your order has been shipped outside mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, please refer to the section below.


3. Returns (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international)

OPTION A:
Send the package with shipping costs prepaid to the following address:

OPTION B:
Request a pickup by contacting Customer Service (the cost will be deducted from the refund amount).

The customer is responsible for ensuring the package arrives correctly at our facilities.


4. Return or exchange costs

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands:

  • Free returns managed by our company.
  • You may choose between home pickup or delivery to a Parcel Point.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside Spain:

  • Return costs are borne by the customer.
  • The customer may:
    • Send the package independently, or
    • Request a pickup through Customer Service (if available for the destination). In this case, the cost will be deducted from the refund.

Important (international shipments):
Any additional costs arising from customs, taxes or duties in the destination country or during the return will be borne by the customer or may be deducted from the refund if covered by the company.


5. Conditions of returned products

To be accepted, the item must be:

  • Unused.
  • In perfect condition.
  • With its original packaging (including accessories or included items).

If the product shows signs of use or deterioration beyond simple inspection, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a depreciation deduction where applicable.


6. Refunds

Once the product is received and its condition verified, the refund (or exchange, if applicable) will be processed within a maximum of 15 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional days to process the refund.

Not refundable:

  • Customs costs or taxes, if applicable.
  • Initial shipping costs, except where legally required to refund standard shipping.
  • The cost of pickup outside Spain (if requested), which will be deducted from the refund.

7. Incorrect, defective or damaged product

If you receive an incorrect, defective or transport-damaged product, contact us as soon as possible indicating your order number and attaching photos of the product so we can handle the issue.
