These conditions govern the purchase of products through the Website by consumers (B2C).

The products offered (mainly footwear) are described on the Website through product sheets.
Images may show slight colour variations compared to the actual product due to screen settings or lighting.
Sizing may vary depending on the model. If you have doubts, contact Customer Service before purchasing.
4. Prices, taxes and currency
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Website and/or during checkout. As a general rule, they are displayed in euros (EUR). For the United States, users may select display and payment in US dollars (USD) when this option is enabled.
Where applicable, prices include relevant taxes.
For shipments outside the European Union (including, among others, the United Kingdom), customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply and shall be borne by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
In the event of a manifest error (typographical or technical) in the price or essential product information, we reserve the right to correct it and, if the order has already been placed, to contact the customer to confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order and fully refund the amount paid.

The purchase process is carried out online by adding products to the cart and completing the indicated steps.
Before confirming the order, the customer will see a summary including:

To purchase, the customer may create an account or checkout as a guest (depending on Website settings).

- bank transfer.
In the case of bank transfer, the order may remain pending until payment is confirmed. Preparation and shipping times will start from that confirmation.

The contract shall be considered concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation, depending on the purchase system flow.
